Refund Policy
Before work begins
Cancel from your dashboard any time before the order status changes from “Paid · queued” and you receive a full refund.
After delivery
Because translations are bespoke, delivered orders are not refundable. Instead, we correct and re-issue at no charge for 30 days if the translation contains an error or is rejected on grounds of certification format.
Unreadable uploads
If a file cannot be translated because it is illegible or incomplete, we will contact you for a better copy. If none is available, we refund the affected pages.
