A complete, page-by-page translation is produced — every field, stamp, seal and signature is accounted for. A certification reviewer checks it, then signs the Certificate of Translation Accuracy.

Your sealed packet
One PDF: the signed certificate with our registry seal and QR code, the translation laid out to mirror your original, and the original itself attached behind it.

Verification for whoever receives it
The receiving officer scans the QR code or types the certificate number at linguaseal.com/verify to see the registry record and confirm the PDF fingerprint matches.
